Holy Cross Cemetery is in western St. Louis county between Clarkson Road and Hwy 109.  A fifty-foot stainless steel cross marks its entrance behind which stands a community mausoleum and chapel.  This complex offers single and tandem crypts.

Traditional lawn crypts, monument and lawn level marker lots, and shared family monument lots may be selected.  Areas for private family mausoleums and sarcophagi may also be developed.  In addition, many niche options are available for cremated remains.

For more information, please call the Calvary cemetery office or email your request.

In 1983, 52 acres were purchased for the development of a new Catholic cemetery.  On May 10, 1986 the acreage and chapel mausoleum complex were dedicated as Holy Cross Cemetery.

The cemetery added a columbarium for the entombment of cremated remains, topped with a lifesize statue of Mother Teresa, on June 1, 2008.  Two additional columbarium units were added August 15, 2015.

Pope Francis canonized Mother Teresa of Calcutta on September 4, 2016.
